Why am I unable to add Alternate Resources during creation of Maintenance Work Order

Hi team,

We were able to define a standard operation with an alternate resource, however when I am creating a Maintenance Work Order using the defined Standard Operation, I am unable to see the field Alternate Resource so that I am able to edit it in the Maintenance Work Order, the use case is that we can define a default Alternate Resource in the Standard Operation but change it dynamically as required during runtime.
