Job Requisition – Complete Approval History Throughout Lifecycle

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement in Oracle Recruiting to view the complete approval history of a Job Requisition throughout its entire lifecycle, not just while the requisition is going through the approval process.

We would like to retain and view the complete approval trail even after the requisition has been fully approved, posted/opened for sourcing, and eventually closed.

For example, we would like to see:

• All approval cycles the requisition went through
• All approvers involved in each approval cycle
• Action taken by each approver (Approved, Rejected, Request Information, etc.)
• Date and time of each action
• Any changes that triggered a new approval cycle
