EUR reporting not populating in forms

Summary: In EUR Reporting, the numbers are not translating through even after translation. The FX rates form has only populated the ending balance but in GBP reporting the opening and ending are populated from P1-11 and opening, average and ending. Rollover was done for all but it's only EUR and any other currency aside from GBP that are not pulling through any numbers.
