Upcoming Changes to Oracle Sales Assistant and Sales Recommendations (November 2026)

Overview

Oracle previously announced the deprecation of prepackaged Oracle SaaS Skills for Oracle Digital Assistant for Fusion Applications. These skills entered maintenance mode in Release 25D and will be discontinued on November 21, 2026. See Oracle SaaS Skills Deprecation.

As a result, Oracle Sales Assistant will no longer be available in Oracle CX Sales Mobile application or in Microsoft Teams starting November 2026. In addition, Sales Recommendations in Oracle Sales web and mobile applications that are generated using Text Analysis skills will not be available. The following configuration options will also be removed:

  • Oracle Sales Assistant Setup in Application Composer
  • Configure Text Analysis task in Setup and Maintenance
