Edit and Delete button are missing in Individual Compensation task

Hello experts,

we noticed that the user can Add ICP but cannot edit or delete (button are not visible) the existing ones.

The privilege Manage Individual Compensation is added but also with administrator roles cannot see those buttons.

is there a way to enable them? The issue occurs both with responsive and redwood interfaces.
