Unable to open person's activity center through professional activity center for a future hire

Summary:

According to - How does HCM Professional Activity Center differ from Employment Info and Person Spotlight? HR can navigate to Person's activity center through the Professional Activity center. Which works absolutely fine for an Active employee or Active contingent worker.

But when we try to search for a future new hire with future effective date in professional activity center the employee details appearing as expected in the search result, but when we click on employee name, it navigates to the Person spotlight page of the worker and throws an error "We could not find details for that person".

Any lead will be helpful as it is blocker for us.
