Unable to View Last Updated Date Value in Service Center Home Dashboard

We are facing an issue in the Service Center Home Dashboard where the Last Updated Date label is displayed, but the corresponding value is not displayed for certain users.

The LastUpdateDate value is available in the backend for the Service Request.

  • The Last Updated Date label is visible on the Service Center Home Dashboard.
  • The Last Updated Date value is blank/not displayed for some users.
  • The same Last Updated Date value is displayed correctly on the Service Request List page and Service Request Edit page.
