Dependent DFF on another DFF within same Context value

Summary:

Need to dynamically control the visibility of Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) segments within the same Receivables Transaction DFF context based on the value populated in another DFF segment.

We have implemented a Receivables Transaction Descriptive Flexfield with a context called US Process.
Within this context, we have four DFF segments:
DFF1 – Populated automatically during invoice creation through source system integration and contains either IPO or RPO.
DFF2 – User-maintained field.
DFF3 – User-maintained field.
DFF4 – User-maintained field.

Business Requirement:
The visibility of DFF segments should be controlled based on the value populated in DFF1.
