Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability – Form CC-305 - Recruiting

The Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) published a Final Rule on August 21, 2026, discontinuing the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305, effective September 21, 2026. Please see the HCM Announcement for more information on this change. Note: Customers should evaluate whether disability information must continue to be available for HR users or other purposes based on applicable state, local, accommodation, record keeping, or other requirements.

For Recruiting customers using the form today, action is required to remove the form from candidate apply flows.
