Cursor disappearing in Policy Modeling and B2C Service console

Since late August 2026, several developers in our organization have been having issues with the mouse cursor disappearing in Policy Modeling and also the B2C Service .NET console. We do have a workaround, but I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

The issue occurs after entering a username/password. For Policy Modeling, this would be after connecting to the Hub. For B2C Service, this would be after the console locks due to inactivity, and then you unlock it. If we type our credentials and press <Enter>, the cursor is no longer visible over the application. We can still interact with the application; we just can't see the cursor.
