TRCS Unitary vs Separate State

Summary:

I am wondering if anyone can provide some guidance on where I can find how to setup regional provision for unitary and separate state in Oracle Tax Reporting (TRCS). Currently - In the National Current Tax Provision, all regional taxes are carrying into national consolidated tax as a regional income tax. However, we would like to limit certain entities and states (filing under separate state vs. unitary states) from following their net tax loss to consolidated national current tax provision.
