Oracle Fusion Service Logistics Destination Organization Not Appearing in LOV on Part Receive Page

Hi,

We are experiencing an issue on the Service Logistics Part Receive page where the Destination Organization is not appearing in the LOV (List of Values) for certain users.

We have observed inconsistent behavior between the Classic UI and Redwood UI:

Example:

  • User A
    • Classic Page: No (Destination Organization not visible)
    • Redwood Page: Yes (Destination Organization visible)
  • User B
    • Classic Page: Yes (Destination Organization visible)
    • Redwood Page: No (Destination Organization not visible)

Both users have the same data access and security setup. However, the visibility of the Destination Organization differs between the Classic and Redwood pages.

Could anyone please help investigate the cause of this discrepancy and advise on the required setup or configuration?
