Is there a way to do migration for only one LDG?

Since the configuration has been completed for one LDG in the development environment, is there a way to migrate only the rates for that specific LDG when the plans and programs already exist in the target environment?

The rates for the other LDGs are already configured in the target environment, and we do not want the migration to overwrite or impact those existing rates.
