Whenever we try to create/ edit an offer in redwood UI, salary break-up section gets refreshed before displaying the details to the user. This is often creating confusion as to why page is getting refreshed whenever user is keying in salary amount. Page keeps getting refreshed with every manual input in the salary section which is adding to disappointment resulting in poor employee experience. How do we avoid page getting refreshed for every manual input?
