Move to HR Error due to Position Synchronization.

Good day! we are getting this issue when we "Move to HR" does anyone encounter the same error?

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=One or more attributes related to position synchronization in offer are invalid with respect to its position. The invalid attributes are: Assignment Name.

When we deselect the Position Sync option while creating job offer, the move to HR action is successful.
