Set Default value on Performance Participant Feedback field

Hi All,

We have a requirement in the Performance Review Document to default the "Select Person From" field to "All Internal" in the Participant Feedback section (Screenshot and navigations attached).

We reviewed the configurations including VBS, but were unable to find any setup or customization option that allows this field to be preselected with a default value.

Has anyone implemented a similar requirement or identified a supported configuration to automatically default the "Select Person From" field to "All Internal"? If so, could you please share the approach or any relevant setup details?

Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
