Redwood: Unable to Update Attributes on Unshipped Split Fulfillment Lines

Summary:

Unable to update Requested Date and Customer PO on unshipped split fulfillment lines created after partial shipment in Redwood Order Management.

We are facing issues while updating attributes on split fulfillment lines created after partial shipment.

Scenario 1 – Requested Date

  • The remaining split line is in Awaiting Shipping status.
  • Remaining quantity has not been ship confirmed and no shipment number has been generated.
  • However, Fulfillment Details shows the remaining quantity as Shipped.
  • When updating Requested Date, the revision fails with FOM-4515511.

Scenario 2 – Customer PO

  • In another order, the user is unable to update Customer PO on an unshipped split fulfillment line.
