Work Order, Operation and resource status are inconsistent in the maintenance supervision UI

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Work Orders are completed using classic dispatch list. When viewed from maintenance supervision, the work order shows as completed but the operation and resource still shows up as pending in Redwood. Both initial ingest ESS job as well as Process pending genealogy .. .. are run. Any ideas please?
