26C – Touchless Expenses Resolve Functionality Not Loading for Some Users After Upgrade

Summary:

We recently enabled Touchless Expenses in our 26B environment, and the functionality was working as expected.

After our system was upgraded to 26C, we are facing an issue with the Resolve functionality under the Expenses work area for a few users and the expenses screen is loading indefinitely.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue after upgrading from 26B to 26C?
