Our client has a requirement that If Life event occurred/processed date is 1 Jan 2026 and till 31 Jan 2026

30 days window.

Employee submits enrollments on 15 Jan 2026

is it possible to start the coverage date from 15 Jan 2026 despite of life event occurred date was 1 Jan 2026.

Employee can even make changes to the enrollments on 20 Jan 2026

can the coverage start date change to 20 jan 2026 every time employee submits enrollments?
