How to add attachment in the Invoice Approval Email Notification

We have a requirement to include an attachment containing invoice details within the Invoice Approval Email Notification in Oracle Fusion. Currently, approvers receive the invoice approval notification email with invoice information displayed in the email body; however, there is a business need to provide the complete invoice details as an attachment for easier review and audit purposes
