Smart Action as a Quick Action button in VB Enter

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue while configuring a Smart Action as a Quick Action button in VB Enter.

Environment

  • Smart Action configured and working correctly when triggered through the configured flow.
  • Smart Action enabled as a Quick Action button using VB Enter.
  • Action Chain was created for the Quick Action.
  • The required variable $base.variables.quickActionsMetadata was created and assigned.

Issue

When the Quick Action button is clicked, the application navigates to a blank page instead of launching the Smart Action.

The click event appears to trigger navigation, but the Smart Action content/functionality is not loaded, resulting in an empty page.
