26B Goal Center redwood page not opening and throwing error

Summary:

The Performance Goals are set to employees through Mass assignment process. But unable to open the 'Goal Center' for employees to check if the goal plan and goals are visible to them.

I've verified the redwood profiles already and they seem to be set properly. Also, I've verified for multiple employees and getting the same error while clicking 'Goal Center'

Error Message says as "Permission is required to view this content"
