We have the following business requirement related to employee referral tracking in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

Scenario:
An employee refers a candidate to Requisition A. However, the candidate later applies to Requisition B instead of the requisition for which they were originally referred.

Currently, in our process, the original referrer information needs to be manually tracked when the candidate applies to a different requisition.

Requirement:

The business would like the original employee referrer to be automatically identified/tracked when the referred candidate applies to another requisition.
