Job-based skills are not appearing on the career site job details page

We configured a Job Profile to include skills, but these skills are not displaying on the job details page of our career site for an posted job requisition.

Please note that the Job Profile was created and associated after the job requisition had already been posted.

Do requisitions automatically inherit newly added profile skills once posted, or is an update, re-posting, or scheduled process required for the changes to reflect on the external site? Any guidance on resolving this would be appreciated
