Restrict Goal and Performance Document Access Based on Reporting Hierarchy

Hi Experts,

We have a user requirement where a Company Head has several direct reports, and only the Company Head should be able to view the goals and performance documents of those direct reports.

The requirement is:

• The Company Head should be able to view the goals and performance documents of their direct reports.
• Other users, including users with Admin access, should not be able to view those goals and performance documents.
  
• The same restriction should apply to peer-to-peer. For example, one direct report should not be able to view another direct report’s goals or performance documents.

I have checked the available configurations in the system, but I could not find a way to achieve this requirement.
