Milestone / SLA Setup for Oracle Case Management

Hi Community,

We are implementing Case Management on Oracle Cloud and are looking to configure SLA / Milestone tracking on cases.

However, we do not see any Milestone or SLA section on the Case details page.

Any guidance or documentation reference would be appreciated.
