Browser Control Implementation in Fusion Service Center

This guide shows three ways to host external content in Service Center similar to how Browser Control works in RightNow. Each method uses a customer section in the SR Detail Container of the cx-svc-sr-details fragment. Choose the inline method for always visible content, a drawer when space matters, or tabs when agents switch between several external views.

RightNow Browser Control reference

This screenshot shows the RightNow Browser Control configuration that this guide is designed to imitate in Fusion. In RightNow, the control renders an external URL inside a workspace tab and can open the URL via GET or POST method. With Send URL as Post Data checkbox cleared, URL parameters are send via HTTP GET method; when selected, they are send via POST method.
