AON assessment manual

Summary:

As per the configuration under CSP(candidate selection process) flow, if we select a AON package under that phase/state then the automatic trigger works as expected. Candidate gets picked by AON integration.

However, we want the integration to be available for recruiters so that they can initiate the assessment manually too which is not working. If no phase/state is configured under CSP and we add any AON package to a requisition associated with these CSP then as soon a candidate applies to a job, immediately the assessment gets triggered for that candidate automatically.

Can we please stop this automatic trigger and give recruiters the control to decide when to send it for assessment?
