Automatic Rejection Notification sent to candidate in "Offer-Not Under Consideration" phase & state

Summary:

Hello Team,

We would like to understand how to turn off or customize Automatic rejection notification that's being sent to the candidates, when phase & state is updated from "Offer - Extended" to "Offer - Not Under Consideration".

When we try to update the phase, we are receiving the below warning:

Moving some job applications may send an email to the candidate. Do you want to continue?

Additionally, we have also reviewed the CSP and no notification has been configured to send to candidates when phase and state is updated to "Offer - Not Under Consideration".
