Since 26B there are two new filters available in the Opportunity Marketplace - Job Code and Management Level:
Redwood Experience: Control the Display of Job Code and Management Level Fields

Unfortunately within VBCS (Page: Search Opportunities) there is no possibility to hide these filters.
Although the fields Job Code and Management Level are hidden within the Job Info in View Job Details Page.
