Is there a way to update/replace a Document in a Journey task that is already assigned?

Summary:

We have a task in a Journey with a document attached. We are replacing the document in the Journey template. I understand the Update Assigned Journey Attributes Based on Modified Journey Template process cannot update documents. Is there any other way to achieve this? For any tasks currently assigned, we need to replace the document that is currently there with the new version. There is a large number of tasks so doing this manually is not feasible and wondering if there's a way to do this in bulk for all currently assigned Journeys/tasks?
