The business team needs to validate and confirm Oracle's candidate sourcing logic and tracking methodology.

Based on our review of Oracle documentation and community discussions, our current understanding is as follows when candidate applies through other websites:

Source Medium = Job Aggregator
Oracle recognizes and records source information on candidate pages if the website URL contains tracking parameters: utm_medium=jobaggregator&utm_source=<source_name>
Source Name (ie. ziprecruiter, glassdoor, monster) must be added to Candidate Dimension Source Name; otherwise, the source may be reported as "Unknown".

Source Medium = Job Board
Oracle recognizes and records source information on candidate pages if the job posting URL given to the job board contains tracking parameters:
