While attempting to promote the cost centers to the next level in the approval workflow, the promotion failed, and the Sub-Status displayed the error message “Invalid Data.” We are also unable to generate or access the validation status report to identify the cause of the failure.

The promotion validation checks are as follows:

1. The budget amount must not exceed the defined ceiling limit.
2. All centralized budgeting functions associated with the respective cost center must be completed before promotion.

In our case, both the conditions were met, but we are unable to promote it.
