Looping in FF of type "Performance Rating Calculation" to calculate Overall Performance?

The following formula returns only the score of a single section, I need to loop through all sections but item used in calculation are not arrays so I cannot write for instance "HRA_EVAL_COMP_SECTION_RATING_FC_SECTION_WEIGHT[I]".
