Mass Assign Development Goals process name LOV

When we mass assign development goals, the process name LOV displays values of many years ago.

My Client Groups > Goals > Scheduled Processes for Development Goals > process type 'Mass assign development goals' > parameter 'Process Name' has an LOV. This LOV displays very old values of many years ago. This is confusing for the admin. How can we purge or hide these values?
