26D Targeted Job Alerts for Candidates using an AI Agent

Summary: 26D release notes, under Candidate Experience, "Configure Targeted Job Alerts for Candidates" states that an AI Agent is needed for the alerts to be pushed out through the "job alert agent".

If we are not turning on agents at this time will this effect job alerts going forward? Will job alerts no longer send if we do not turn on the agent at all?

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable): currently on 26C, this feature is release in 26D
