External candidates Not receiving Job Offer Letters via Email

Summary:

Hi everyone,

We have a recurring, intermittent issue in Production. Some candidates don't receive their job offer notification by email. Others with the same configuration receive it without any problem.

What we're seeing:

• Oracle shows the offer notification as sent for some and not for others, but the candidate never gets the email. They've checked junk and spam.
• It's happening across multiple candidates and requisitions.
• In our most recent case, the candidate opted into email only, so this isn't caused by the candidate choosing SMS instead of email.

Resending the offer hasn't fixed it.
