New plan not showing in OE life event

New plan effective 1/1/2027 is not showing for OE elections

We currently have 2 plans under Commuter plan Type that will not be available starting 1/1/2027. So we configured disenrollment for these plans.
We have also created a new plan under this Plan Type that will be available starting 1/1/2027.
The plan type along with the new plan shows up as expected with all LEs but not OE.
I tried the solution of adding Plan to Program set as Pending until 12/31/2026. But that didnt help me.
The complete Plan Type is missing from the enrollment.
