Error when attaching a document in Journey task - ATTACH 0205

Hello,

a PWK user is encountering an error while completing preboarding Journey tasks: they are unable to upload .pdf files, as an error message appears on screen when they attempt to finalize the process (An error occurred with the attachments (ATTACH-0205). Please try again later; if the problem persists, contact the help desk.).
Does anyone know how this can be resolved?
