Redwood Job Offer DFF errors, '{dff} 0 is not in the list of values'

Summary:

When a Hiring Managers are trying to create an Offer, they can select any names but if they select their own name, we got this error "Report to on First Day 0 is not in the list of values"

Configured an Offer DFF "Report to on First Day" its value set type 'table'

Value Column name: ppnf.display_name

ID Column name: ppnf.display_name

From Clause: per_all_people_f papf, per_person_names_f ppnf

Where Clause: trunc(SYSDATE) between papf.effective_start_date AND papf.effective_end_date
AND trunc(SYSDATE) between ppnf.effective_start_date AND ppnf.effective_end_date
