Approval workflow in Oracle Recruiting Cloud for candidate selection

Hi everyone,

We are assessing whether an approval workflow can be triggered as part of the candidate selection process in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

Specifically, can the workflow route an approval request to the Hiring Manager’s manager (Manager +1), the HR Director, and the next-level manager (Manager +2)?

If this is supported, could you clarify at which stage of the recruiting process the approval can be triggered and whether these approvers can be identified dynamically based on the Hiring Manager’s reporting hierarchy?
