Eligibility criteria for internal applications

Hi team,

We are implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud with Opportunity Marketplace for an internal job market process for a banking group.
Release: [26C].

The client wants to restrict who can see and/or apply to internal opportunities based on the following criteria, all to be met simultaneously:

1. Group seniority ≥ 36 months of continuous service
2. Time in current role/position ≥ 24 months
3. ≥ 24 months since last completed voluntary internal move
4. Permanent contract (apprentices eligible only after confirmation)
5. Active employment, probation completed, not under notice
6. Latest performance rating at least at a defined level
7. Max 3 simultaneous applications per employee
8. Mandatory training completed (no expired modules in last 12 months)
