Vol life new min and max coverage change causing existing coverage to reduce during Open enrollment

Summary:

For the 2027 plan year our Vol plan coverage increased from 300000 to 500000 and minimum coverage to 5000 from 10000.

We updated the Coverage accordingly and observed that the system is reducing the Coverage by 5000 for everyone. e.g if the previous coverage was 100000 its dropping to 95000 when open enrollment is added. This is resolved if i change the min coverage back to 10000(old ) but then there is no option to select the new 5000 min now.

Note we don't have any Coverage limit set and there are no age based coverage reductions.
