Need to de-enroll employees from end-dated plan(end-dated inside program)
in Benefits
We have 3 plans which are no longer been offered to the employees and we need to de-enroll employees from those plans effective from 1/1/2027.
Accidently those plans were end-dated inside the program. Now we are not able to de-enroll the employees therefore the employees are still able to see these plans in Benefits Summary. Below are the plans:
- IncentFit (end-dated as of 12/31/2025)
- Autism (end-dated as of 12/31/2024)
- Modern Health(end dated as of 12/31/2025)
We need to de-enroll the employees from these plans during coming Open Enrollent for 2027.
We tried the HDL. But since the plans are end-dated back in 2025 itself they are not appearing for any lifevent after that. Therefore not able to make any changes.
