Skip rule based on requisition line type ID

In creating skip rules, there is unexpected behavior when trying to use LineTypeId or CategoryName.

I am trying to create a skip rule, where one of the criteria is that the line type is not independent contractor (we want ICs to go through workflow).

In the BPM field picker, the fields are:

$Task/task:task/task:payload/ns1:findReqHeaderDimensionResponse/ns1:result/ns2:RequisitionLine/ns2:LineTypeId

$Task/task:task/task:payload/ns1:findReqHeaderDimensionResponse/ns1:result/ns2:RequisitionLine/ns2:CategoryName

But in the transaction diagnostic report, they are:

ns6:findAttribute>LineTypeId</ns6:findAttribute : <ns4:LineTypeId>300000070830798</ns4:LineTypeId>
