Native E-Signature journey report: personal email, phone and address not returned

Summary:
Custom BI Publisher report linked to a Native E-Signature journey task returns name, person number and date, but personal email, phone and address come back blank. Oracle Support says there are limitations in the standard E-Sign journey reports. Looking for documentation or confirmation.
