Unable to Locate and Manage Questionnaires Available in Journey Tasks

Hello Community,

We are configuring an Offboarding Journey and have a Journey Task with the task type set to Questionnaire.

When configuring the task, we can see and select several questionnaires from the Questionnaire drop-down list, including onboarding, offboarding and wellbeing-related questionnaires.

However, we are unable to determine where these questionnaires are created and maintained.

We have already reviewed the following areas:

  • Questionnaires
  • Questionnaire Templates
  • Question Library
  • Questionnaire Queries

Despite this, we cannot find the same questionnaires that are available for selection in the Journey Task configuration.

Could someone please clarify:

  1. Where are the questionnaires used in Journey Tasks created and maintained?
