Journeys: Assigning a Journey Only For Managers

I am creating an Oracle Journey for managers. I found an Oracle Community post suggesting that Visual Builder Studio (VBS) can be used to configure a Journey to appear only for users with the Line Manager role. I want to ensure the Journey is automatically assigned to both existing and future managers without manual intervention.
