Unable to Add Activity in Offering Page

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are in the process of testing the Learning Specialist redwood pages in dev environment and we found that system is not allowing the Learning Specialist to add either ILT or Self-Paced activity in the offering page (responsive UI) after we created the offering under Learning Catalog – Course (redwood) – Create – Create Instructor Led Offering / Create Self-Paced Offering.

FYI – We were able to create the activity in the offering page till last week. And there was no latest update happened in the Learning Specialist role as well.
